Thug: 47,640 32.9%



The blue pocket in the UP around Marquette is interesting. Because of Northern Michigan University?

Elissa Slotkin is up by 4% so it's looking good for her. Gary Peters is closing the gap with James.

I live in a pink county only a mile from a blue one. I spend most of my time in the blue county and that's where all my friends and daughter live, so I'm able to ignore most of the rednecks in northern Macomb!

3. What's puzzling me is Charlevoix and Antrim Counties north of Traverse City.

I grew up in Charlevoix Country and it was always more liberal than other areas, especially Antrim County. Antrim County is rural but it went blue. It's strange. I'm very disappointed in Charlevoix County. But then again, I'm so very disappointed in America.
