I mean these are basically the equivalent of spoiled ballots or protest votes. It's not like the people who voted for Kanye would have voted for Biden if Kanye hadn't been running. They probably would have written in Mickey Mouse or something.

For comparison, Jill Stein got 1,457,216 votes (1.07% of the total popular vote) in 2016.
