They were legally cast votes, illegally held back in violation of all norms of civilized norms. Therefore, expect SCOTUS to rule against counting them. But, ya never know

and postmarked by election day (or day before depending on state law) then they are legal ballots as long as they are delivered within the timeline indicated to receive by state law. I don't see anything appealable about that.

In some states they have to arrive on the day of the election and prior.
