Anybody know about the outstanding vote in Georgia and N.C

Where is it coming from could it change any of the senate race with Purdue?

NYT says 4.8M votes counted, 94% reporting

that would mean approx 250k outstanding

but... other sources say 99% reporting, so....

this shouldnt be a disputed number, but...
