King and Sanders (Independent) caucus with the Democrats, and that brings it with Kelly and Hickenlooper to 49, right?

Is there a hint that Ossof will pull it off? And I guess Warnock is still in play?

The new Senate starts on 1/3. This shift happened in 2000 as well.
