That would be a temporary injunction pending a final hearing. In every jurisdiction the court would have to balance the potential harm, and would also have to rule that the moving party (Trump) was likely to prevail on the merits.

I assume if they are ordered to stop (I don’t think they will be) they will. They did in Florida in 2000.

It’s funny reading rubes and crackers claiming Democrats are cheating, making up whatever ballots are needed to win, etc.

democratic strongholds in the state to count ballots without the legally required observers?
The chain of possession is primo and everyone understands that.

Even in places where 90% of the vote will go to one party, and nearly all the poll workers lean the same way ... chain of possession is always at the forefront. Everyone wants a trustworthy election.... except Donnie boy.

So far he seems to be acting properly, maybe out of duty or he sees the writing on the wall if he wants to stay in office and out of jail.

a court issues a temporary restraining order. But to get a TRO, Trump would have to prove (1) irreparable harm would be suffered in the absence of an injunction and (2) a likelihood of success on the merits of his lawsuit. There is little chance Trump could establish the likelihood of success because any claims he could assert would at best border on frivolity.
