The Good News is Florida is not that Important anymore Electorally

It still is and helps in locking out Republicans if democrats do win the state.

But for a Democrat to win nationally it isn't as important as around 2000 and 2004 was. Same goes for Ohio .

There are more paths to victory for Democrats. We need to invest in building up the democratic party in North Carolina, Georgia , and Texas.

Just want to add that I'm not saying we should not compete in these states but rather it is better for us to have other options and it's not always about the same few issues and demographics every election year.

Hate socialism so much that if one parties even came close to do it then they effectively shut down the party.

Florida is looking irreversibly deep red in terms of statewide elections and while Ohio is more open to Democratic senators, I suspect it’ll be another Indiana before long.

otherwise not so much. Brown has done very well electorally but other than Obama and a supreme court justice he is the only state wide winner in Ohio since 2006.

There was a very curious chunk of Miami-Dade that was trending in roughly the same direction as Jacksonville and Orange Counties in the polls - towards Biden, but which all but disappeared when the votes were actually tallied. My suspicion is that the hole is roughly DeJoy shaped, either ballots that never made it to processing or ballots that never made it to voters in the first place. With that hole there, what showed through was just the "normal" pro-Trump factions. There were likely similar efforts made elsewhere, given how tightly sealed DeSantis's mouth was to Trump's butt, but that one stood out to me as being VERY odd.
