isolation in his "bunker/palace". To see him you have to quarantine for 2 weeks then before you see him you must walk through a decontamination tunnel which sprays you with cleaning stuff. Meanwhile, the people are getting very sick with Covid and there are few restrictions in place. Their economy is not doing well due to sanctions and an oil price war. People are getting fed up and Putin knows it.

* As far as tRump goes, Putin has started to praise Biden.

Both to quietly reappear, then will play nice on the international stage. But none-the-less, they are dangerous pustules on the ass of the world.
