If I can analogize, Santorum is Sean Hannity and Van Jones is Alan Colmes. Together, they form the CNN version of "Hannity and Colmes", where the Rick "Maria Butina Hugger" Santorum pounds away at us, and Van Jones helplessly doesn't defend us.
As I was driving back home today from poll observation work, I couldn't stand how Rick Santorum was spinning every possible way that Trump could win. Meanwhile, Van "Alan Colmes" Jones was constantly referring to how bad an election this was for the Dems.
My main man Joe and sister Kamala will probably be called tonight as victors. Ok, we didn't win every Senate seat, but we likely will have two GA run-offs in a few months. House results: let's wait. Is that a bad result? Is this as bad as the result Donald Trump is facing right now?
Van: stop being a patsy.

(3,635 posts)It's good to try to understand the other side but it has to go both ways. Santorum is a gaslighting clown who argues in bad faith.
