(12,611 posts)largest in recent history, both the winner and loser are likely to have the largest vote counts of all time, the winner at least slightly larger than the loser. That has absolutely no implication for the margin of win.

(1,737 posts)My interpretation (and I don't even see why this has to be interpreted when it was a straightforward statement, if the OP was correct in relaying the message), a loser cannot have the biggest of all times when the winner would clearly have a bigger vote count.
If he receives the biggest votes of all time that means he would win. That means he would receive all the EVs in PA.

(7,859 posts)I just wish Pennsylvania would start posting some damn vote totals before Republicans sue their way into getting the counting halted with Trump still in the lead. Just fucking post the votes in batches like Georgia has been doing.

(128,767 posts)after a break (lunch anyone?) And the Elections officials have adjusted the barrier between the canvassers and the media & observers, plus they clean the tables and equipment during these breaks, so they staff are coming back in to start up again.
