(19,038 posts)They'll all still have some votes to count, but it will be at a point where those votes won't make a difference.

(42,862 posts)It drove me insane. I can do without their traffic reports and simply rely on Waze as long as I never have to hear that awful thing again.

(42,862 posts)... prior to the ad (just as they do for that "Not a Sermon, Just a Thought" Christian guy).
Sometimes I'd be fast enough to respond and change stations, but not always.
I think they added the disclaimer as a way to tell the listeners "Sorry, folks! It's not our fault. We didn't produce this. They're paying us to play this."

(1,178 posts)I'm wondering if this is why the remaining states are holding back some. So, that Pennsylvania is the one that puts Biden over the top.

(54,349 posts)That gives a total of 6,446,158 votes cast so far. If that is 92%, then than number divided by 92 and multiplied by 100 is 7,006,693 for the total number of votes cast. That outstanding 8% amounts to 560,500 votes (sort of round numbers) left to be counted. If just 65% goes for Biden (and it should be around that or more), then the totals go to 3,491,866 for Biden and 3,432,297 for Trump, or about a 59000 vote margin for Biden. It's only about 1%, so it had better be one hell of a solid count, but considering the margin with which Trump "won" Pennsylvania last time, this is definitive by comparison.
