This suggests counting is still going on in Philadelphia ... link

"Meanwhile, Philadelphia temporarily halted mail-in ballot counting shortly before noon Thursday to address a court ruling. A state court judge ordered that observers for the Trump campaign must be allowed greater access at the Pennsylvania Convention Center while ballots are tallied.

The count was halted for less than an hour, but resumed about 12:15 p.m. The city has appealed the ruling to the state Supreme Court."

I thought the counting had stopped pending the appeal ruling by the Pa. Supreme Court, but apparently it's taking place with Trump observers allowed closer access. Fine with me as long as the counting goes on.

Correction: The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has not overruled the Commonwealth Court ruling that vote counting can resume in Philadelphia as was previously tweeted.

They have in fact not weighed in yet. I have deleted the incorrect tweet.

Republican Observers have to wear masks and stand 6 ft. away from the vote counters. Did you know they are complaining they cannot SEE from that distance?
