15. They can still have votes come in, they only had to be postmarked by election day.

So they might as well just release final final numbers once rather than risk being wrong and having to keep updating them.

I think they know they are going to get lawsuits from the Trump campaign so it is in their best interest to make sure they are crossing every t and dotting every i and doing things 100% by the book. It isn't a race.

There are still votes coming in through the mail. This is normal. They have until the 12th to complete the results. It just so happens the race is tight so it cannot be called as early as say, California.

I know they have until the 12th. I still think they should have planned better and not keep the whole nation waiting like this.
