Trump lead is 90 k... 90 k also the # of mail in votes left in Philly... joe has been winning 90% of those... ie he will nearly wipeout the deficit just in philly alone.

are left from Philly or statewide. Not sure why they don't have a good estimate of the ballots that remain to be counted.
