All this would have been wrapped up election night

If Trump and Pennsylvania Republicans would have let these ballots be counted before election day.....they clearly attempted to muddy the water and create a fake red mirage so that they could yell "Fraud!" and stir up the Trump base.

...that, had they known the mail-in totals before election day, they would have passed that information along to Vlad, who would have had his cyber-henchmen ensure that Trump's margin from the in-person voting tabulators was that exact amount +10%.
