and there's very little statistical chance any remaining votes would change the outcome.

He keeps stressing by how much Biden is winning mail in votes. He kept saying he did not see how Trump would catch up. I think if we have a really big dump from Philly they might call it. Just my opinion though. Gosh Im so excited!

and they did about 12,000 mail-ins between the 3:20 pm EST update and the 6:55 pm EST update, and the city supposedly received over 350,000 of them -
