Why are metro area votes being counted last in multiple states?

The fact that this is happening in several red states seems misleading—giving Trump an edge that isn’t really there.

And giving his crazy cult the impression that he won.

In a city of a million voters, it’s not as quick to count 400,000 absentee votes as in, say, a town of 10,000 voters and 4,000 ballots.

It just takes time.
