They still have a lot of military & provisional ballots to count. Plus, they're thinking it'll be so close that an automatic recount will be triggered.

That can arrive by tomorrow. They would be expected to break for Trump so keep that in mind. Not expected to see a call tonight even if Biden comes out ahead.
