About three more hours ought to do it, at the rate that votes are coming in from Philadelphia

Philadelphia is processing about 13,000 ballots per hour.

Biden tends to net about 9,000 to 10,000 votes from those 13k.

He's now 26,000 down in Pennsylvania.

So at that rate, we should see Biden in the lead in, at most, about three hours or so. Keep at it Philadelphia!

Kornacki said it could happen within two or three reports: even smaller "red" counties are reporting gains for Biden/Harris because all that's coming in now are mail-in votes which are overwhelmingly Democratic. (Pennsylvania didn't have early voting--just Tuesday in-person and mail-in).
