How do we garner enough support to eliminate the EC?

2/3 of the house, 2/3 of the senate and 3/4 of states would have to approve. I think we are stuck with this shitty antiquated system for the next 25+ years. The republicans know without the EC they would never have a chance at the presidency. I know the idea was the the tyranny of the majority but that’s no excuse in the modern area with internet, social media etc. I figure at this point if your ideas are good, people will elect you. 6 of last 7 we have won definitively. This year we may win by 6 million votes in the popular vote.

Proportional representation first. Then with a kicker that if the proportional winner is not the popular winner then the popular winner gets it. They would love to stick it to the Latte liberals out there.

And Texas keeps turning blue, republicans will realize that it will be nigh impossible to win via the EC while winning through the popular vote (based on last several elections) would just be improbable.
