1. A more reasonable approach IMO...

... would be to label their broadcasts as "opinion" rather than "news" - we label children's programs as E/I on the screen and air an announcement before their airing that it's an educational/information show... So why not same for them?

Maybe label those shows as satire/comedy. Even labeling it opinion gives it an air of authenticity. These guys like Hannity and Carlson are more actors than anything else.
