30k would be. He needs 18k votes more or less. He is getting about 75% of the ballots, so he would still be down 3k if the dump is only 20k.

Hes getting 76% statewide, 90 in Philly from the mail in ballots... 20 k would put it neck and neck.

3. In case no one knows, there was an attempted terrorist attack in Philly last night

A MAGA terrorist plot was thwarted because someone tipped the police off to a family from VA who were armed to the teeth and traveled from VA to attack the Philly Convention Center where votes were being counted.

Not sure why this isn't headline news, but it happened last night and the police prevented the attack. SO maybe they had to stop counting while heavily armed terrorists were being confronted outside.
