Kentucky AG Cameron's purposeful mishandling of Breonna Taylor's murder. It's still unbelievable that those killer cops are uncharged and walking free, as is Cameron.

1. If there are enough facts supporting a federal civil rights violation -

4. What they'd have to show is that racial bias contributed to the murder

in order to support a civil rights claim. I hope they can do that but those cases can be tough.
