Palmer Report speculating major news outlets are waiting to call AZ, NV & PA simultaneously

With decisive Arizona numbers having just come in and Nevada numbers just 45 minutes away, my hunch is that the major news outlets are waiting to call Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania simultaneously, so it's seen as the decisive Biden victory that it is:

I assume that will happen some time today, but wondering about the timeframe (an hour from now, 2-3 hours or much later today). We've waited this long, so I can wait as long as it takes!

My feeling is that the news outlets (I'm watching mostly NBC and CNN) are holding back from making a call for a two-fold reason: First, they don't want to draw the wrath of that increasingly impotent and raging old man squatting in the White House; and second, they don't want to get out over their skis and be victimized by a miracle reversal. They're skittish because of Trump's unlikely string of victories in 2016.

The news stations wouldn't want to blow their wad all at once. The Palmer Report is basically a liberal version of the Drudge Report and can be ridiculously speculative and tendentious.
