I'm still worried about Georgia. Biden's current lead is only 1,584. Not much gain (Original Post) sinkingfeeling Nov 2020 OP
I think PA/AZ/NV will make it not matter. Plus it's going to a recount. BusyBeingBest Nov 2020 #1

First--this is about three times the number of votes that "gave" George W. Bush the presidency in 2000 in Florida (537).

Second--if Biden gets Pennsylvania (looking increasingly likely), Georgia will be a footnote. It would be nice to add the footnote to OUR column, but if Pennsylvania ends up in our column, it won't matter.

I'll take it, of course. But I think Pennsylvania will take Biden over the line or the combo of Arizona + Nevada. If Georgia comes through after a recount, all the better. Biden's advantage was the multiple routes to 270 he already had in place. Trump thought he'd do a replay of 2016 winning on a knife's edge. Because if lightening strikes once, why not a second time? To make it a reality, all he had to do is telegraph mail-in fraud alerts to his own people before we even started, and then make sure the US mail system was effectively f*cked for Biden voters.

So much nefarious planning. So much failure!

Republican governor, Republican secretary of state, Republican election manager. The absentee ballot counting looked very similar to Pennsylvania where all the "massive fraud" is. It blows a huge hole in all the conspiracism and will help the MAGA crowd slow-roll to the idea of a legitimately elected President Biden.

It's also a big blue state right in the heart of enemy MAGA country. That's where you want to build your castles.
