Replying to @MMineiro_CNS
Toward the end of this morning's hearing, an attorney raised concern over a contempt order issued against him earlier in the case. Sullivan said it was an error and not to worry about it.

“Putting that aside, I can’t say the same thing about Mr. DeJoy," the judge added.

So appears Judge Sullivan still has every intention of circling back to the Postal Service's failure to comply with his Election Day order, possibly holding DeJoy responsible.

Sullivan has multiple panels of Trump appointees salivating to overturn any order he makes.

I guess the best word would be judicious. Giving their target every conceivable opportunity to comply or explain their actions.

Because, contempt is largely the wild west of the judiciary. Entirely, within the discretion of the judges and they want to keep it that way.

But, when that gavel comes down... It comes down hard.

by the USPS. There have been reports where they keep finding bunches of ballots, ballots conveyed to private carriers between USPS facilities. I have seen no mention or intention of finding voters who say they mailed their ballots and they never arrived. Don't know if all states give voters notification of when their ballot is received. So there still could be ballots in the USPS system or their contractors. Everything needs to be accounted for.
