7. No. We do not need to re-think Democracy.

We need to provide better education, including specific instruction on the scientific method, critical thinking, logic, evaluating evidence, and a real, honest assessment of United States History.

We also need to eliminate right wing propaganda from the media and make it so that people reporting the news, cannot lie (which means deliberately misleading, not just sometimes making factual errors). We need to make it so that opinion hosts (including from our side) announce that they are just giving an opinion on the information, but the information needs to be sourced accurately.

Those people are fed a steady stream of lies every day and it has taken a toll.

There are quite a few, only those are the countries that people in the US call "third world" or that that idiot Trump calls "shithole countries".

The more time we continue to allow right wing propaganda to be considered, "just another viewpoint in the news" the worse this country will become.
