Let's Be Honest About Why The Networks Haven't Called It For Biden.

The REAL news networks are playing chicken with Fox News, and waiting for THEM to call it first.

If Faux News is going to continue pretending to be a news network, instead of a propaganda machine, they can't ignore the numbers forever. But Fox is waiting for CNN or MSNBC to call it first, so they can claim those networks are biased. So, the other networks are essentially saying, in true Obama style "Please proceed Governor."

And eventually even Fox will have to call it for Biden. That will have two positive effects. 1.) it will hoist Trump by his own petard, and 2. it's the only way the conservative media's batshit crazy base will believe it. If anybody OTHER than Fox calls the election, they won't believe it; and they'll be out in the streets with their stupid Gadsden flags and AR-15s.

Also, Fox announcing Trump has lost would drive a wedge between him and Fox; which would weaken them both. Trump would be mean tweeting Fox for years over that, and telling everybody to watch OAN instead, thus splitting Fox's audience and influence.

Every single person is watching these networks. The eyeballs are off the charts waiting for them to call it. If they call it... they lose viewers. They're riding the gravy train.

They haven't called it because there are ballots outstanding and no one knows what ratio those ballots will be, including all of DU's self-proclaimed experts.

In PA, for example, there are 100k provisional ballots that almost assuredly won't match the other recent batches because they were received at various times. That's the primary reason why no one has called PA yet.

All of the conspiracy theories are cute and all, but some of them are no less ridiculous than Trump's goofy claims.

After chiding Trump for wanting to stop the count, Even if it appears extremely unlikely Trump would make a comeback, it would look very bad to want to declare a winner the minute we take the lead. My position is unchanged. As long as there are enough legally cast ballots to change the result, count them and declare a winner when we are totally sure.
