Now, here is the little anecdote that connected my mind from this thread to this miscreant. Oh, I should have mentioned that he is very smart, especially in technical ways and it's his Borderline Personality Disorder that's the big problem. He has a younger brother that is almost the exact opposite, except that he is brilliant. Quite literally the finest technical mind I've ever encountered. This is the first time he's ever truly lost. He's had deals go south; he's been bankrupt, etc. but he either got bailed out or just walked away whether it was ethical or legal, and as long as he didn't lose money or appear to, he counted it as a win. He'll always say that the only reason he didn't get a second term was because of voter fraud or whatever, but in his mind that will still be a loss. Cheating is part of his life and any endeavor he's part of. He may have been cheated in his mind, but also he wasn't smart enough to out-hustle the hustlers who hustled him, and that's a loss in his book.
