It should be illegal for the AG of the US to be in court fighting to have the SC overturn a US law. Even filiing an amicus brief attacking a congressionally passed law should be illegal.

Government under trump, will be its own case study in future political science books.

Too many of our norms and customs are not codified into law and are too easy to ignore and be exploited by the unscrupulous.
