When was Bill Barr last seen in public?

I can only guess that he's got a really bad case of COVID that's being kept hushed up, and/or he finally reached a limit with how low he'll sink to service his master, and is doing his best to avoid drawing attention to himself.

here that said he’s skulking around the country meeting with law enforcement. Up to no good, no doubt.
