We knew when Obama was election in 2008 there would be a bigot backlash. I think we can all agree that these last 4 years have been worse than most of us could have expected, but if it's limited to 4 years, all in all we've done well as a nation.
I know foxnews isn't going away, nor are the republicans. But we can hope that Donnie was their last real gasp of power and they will gradually fade away as we become a more fair and equal society.
