President-elect Joe Biden was flooded with congratulatory messages from the political world from New York to Washington D.C. and the world after he was declared winner of the U.S. presidential election.
Lawmakers from the five boroughs and far beyond quickly cheered the former vice president when TV networks and media organizations proclaimed him the winner of the election over President Trump.
