During the lame-duck period, I’d like to see SDNY indict Trump (Individual 1) for the conspiracy/campaign finance crimes to which Michael Cohen pleaded guilty (easy case to prove). Then we could litigate & resolve the OLC memo’s assertion that we can’t indict a sitting president.

it is VITALLY important to begin healing the nation that drumpf and his children be prosecuted and convicted for several reasons...

1. If he's still free, he will still be on twitter fanning the flames of hate to make sure the country remains divided.
2. If he goes scot free there is ZERO incentive for any future rethug politicians to not try and duplicate drumpfism.
3. He or his children could still drag us through ALL this mud again in 2024 if they aren't in prison.
