I say, shouldn't this be a SCotUS issue - what, the Constitution doesn't put a box on the Pardon power, needs an Amendment?
Add that to the list of a Constitutional convention that ain't gonna happen, along with:
* Scrapping the Electoral College. Why is it so hard to imagine all-popular vote, perhaps with quadrant-Regional primaries, everything all wrapped up in, say, 6 months?!1
* Federalism, really? - Why should one individual in one geographical space have different (State) access to whatever (voting, CHOICE) from an individual in another geographical space? How is that "Equality"?
* 3 months between winning (or losing) an election and inauguration?

Does the state of Florida extradite?
The short answer is: Yes. Florida does extradite a fugitive to and from other states on a felony warrant. The procedure is supposed to take about 30 days but the court can grant an additional 60-day extension during an extradition hearing.Sep 25, 2020
