(102,205 posts)but, with the most ostentatious and earliest display being a big house with to wall-to-wall Trump-Pence, Corey Gardner and other RW candidate signs. Well, the Gardner signs are gone, but... (I guess hope springs "eternal." ) It was cathartic, though to see most of the Trump signs gone.

(1,160 posts)That's in addition to what was already there: two yard signs, two flags on poles (American and dump, no more BS), and a flag as a curtain in every front facing window (1 confederate, a weird American one with a off-color stripe, and another dump one).
Before the election, I think he put up the two yard signs because I was so sick of his flags that I put up a cute Biden/Harris yard sign with hearts. His yard signs showed up the next day. He had to go to the dump kiosk on the corner I guess.
I suppose he's troubled. I heard him scream/crying at his partner in a sort of sad way about a month ago. It was more pathetic than anything, and it made me feel sorry for him. Not sorry enough not to get my own yard sign, but yeah.
I took mine down Tuesday evening.

Even they see the situation for what it is.

(20,629 posts)in the back windows of their SUVs which are outside all the time, living 2 streets over from me. They've also been displaying a big Trump flag on their flagpole. I plan to survey the scene tomorrow!
