It's been a long time since either of you set foot on DU, I wager. I haven't been very active around these parts lately, either. But you both knew my sweet ChickMagic. I still miss her, but it's gotten easier.
I have a new girl in my life. Lived in California for 20 years, Michigan farm girl by birth. I think you two would love her.
But let's be honest. You moved off to Philadelphia a few years ago, and left no contact info for me to stay in touch. It's okay. Sometimes things need to end. I miss you both all the same.
And lately, your town has been the center of attention. Pennsylvania has been credited with putting Biden over the top today. Are you two celebrating? Sandi and I treated ourselves to a nice little Tex-Mex supper, complete with frozen margaritas.
