or at least none of any import. The important close decisions are announced in June.

the case will be argued but the ruling won't be until June, you can count on it.

backfire so soon on McConnell and company, but an expected ruling eliminating the ACA could very well hand Dems control of the Senate. McConnell has spent his entire life confirming rw judges to the federal courts and it all could be all for nothing if Dems expand SCOTUS and the number of judges on the lower courts.

Biden could certainly appoint a bi-partisan commission to make recommendations that would prep Americans for the changes, but that should not take more than 6 months to accomplish.
