But - that same basic lack of understanding exists on our side of the aisle, as well - as evidenced by the OP.

And conceding does not make the winner the official winner. They win regardless of what the other candidate does.

Biden will have enough electoral votes to overcome any disloyal electors who might pop up.
The Constitution rules.
