Biden's lead isn't big enough for them (most of the networks, anyway) to feel comfortable calling the race based on how many votes are still outstanding.
Biden is looking like he will hold onto AZ but it is still too close to call.

with a maximum am't of of votes left to count of 77,196. Maybe 10,000 of them won't be counted for legitimate reasons.

My guess is he'll hold on by 8-10,000 votes, but that and $5 might get you a cup of covfefe.
