I'm not overly worried about what Trump is going to do.

I'm confident that he is going to pull some heinous shit, but the election results will hold firm.

I'll tell you what I am worried about. I am worried about Covid.

I took a meandering 50 mile drive yesterday to various close-by small cities and towns. Nary one mask to be found in large groups of people gathering in the streets AND walking into businesses.

There is a national mindset that needs some big time adjustment. This will not even BEGIN to happen until 72 days from now.

There are opportunities for unfathomable damage to be done in the next 72 days.

Where I am currently visiting, State of Illinois has ordered closed bars and indoor dining. A drive down the main drag revealed all restaurant parking lots full for a typical Sat. PM, with no outside dining apparent. Same for bars. Mayor stated they would not be enforcing the order.

Positivity rate is around 20% here.

There is a world of hurt coming down on the midwest.

We are going to resemble Bergamo or New York in March.

It's what we have said a hundred times before and we paid the price.
I'm not saying Trump will succeed but he has managed to pull off the "so stupid we don't have to worry about it" things over and over again.
