The days where rogue police officers resign after committing crimes and getting a new job in another department down the street or elsewhere is over.
The days where officers can murder people while they have them in cuffs without repercussions will come to an end.
The days where officers can harass people because they don't think they belong somewhere will come to an end.
The days where officers can willingly escalate situations will come to an end.
Now I know the reforms won't stop this 100%, but the policy and tone starts from the top.
The policies won't come tomorrow, but it will come.
