Looks like Joe Biden is up 10K votes. Trump can not catch up.

(8,166 posts)There's a reason Arizona only allows a recount if the vote is 200 votes or closer.

(7,587 posts)the recount will not change the results by 10K votes, a couple hundreds at most.

(44,962 posts)Candidate can ask for one, or SOS can decide to do one. But nothing requires it to be done.

(19,264 posts)This is bullshit BTW because if Georgia calls for it taxpayers pay for it. If they don't and Trump requests it then Trump would have to pay for it.

(19,264 posts)If they call (project) GA for Biden it doesn't matter. They already called a winner. They have already projected Biden is president elect. Biden has already given his speech. Biden is already calling himself President elect. If they call GA for Biden and somehow by some miracle it goes for Trump the right wingers will never let them live it down.
So they are in zero momentum at the desks at any network to call any more states. I wouldn't be surprised if AZ, GA, NC, and AK aren't called until the final official certified results are published by the states. I am not saying it is impossible for one or more networks to call it earlier just don't be surprised if they don't.
