Precincts are expected to be even or tilt blue.

He thought that it would be called today.

Apparently the networks are waiting for the vote to be completed.

They are not worried.

He correctly predicted on Thursday that Trump would gain on Fri/Sat.

only lost 140 votes. Pretty damn even at least. That pace (plus Pima still to report, and they tend about 2 to 1 for Biden) ain't gonna cut it for Twitler.
