(9,165 posts)I can think of at least two Federal judges before whom I practiced who would take your head off if you used weasel words like those in an argument.
It was "a non-zero number" to be precise.
I can't imagine there are things that make a judge of any type madder than a blatant waste of their time.

(21,555 posts)if a lawyer will file a completely frivolous lawsuit in an attempt to undermine the free elections in the country and destroy the separation of powers as enumerated in the Constitution, is this not worth of disbarment?
Honestly......... how can a lawyer file that brief and not be disbarred?
