read Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11. At some point a judge just might read it to them as sanctions are imposed.

I can think of at least two Federal judges before whom I practiced who would take your head off if you used weasel words like those in an argument.

It's the scatter gun method. Just see what will get to a friendly Supreme Court. And all of these accusations add to the level of distrust in the electoral system even though they're a pile of BS.

if a lawyer will file a completely frivolous lawsuit in an attempt to undermine the free elections in the country and destroy the separation of powers as enumerated in the Constitution, is this not worth of disbarment?

Honestly......... how can a lawyer file that brief and not be disbarred?
