(19,949 posts)2. With Georgia in mind, Killing the ACA or punting the decision, are the two worst outcomes for
Republicans. Only the SC kicking this out, could be a plus for them. I can imagine the heat will dial up to 1000 if they kill it, but if they punt until after Jan 5th it SHOULD be perfect for Democrats to use in attack ads. There are (by official figures) 460,000 people enrolled in Georgia, that will matter if they are targeted.
