If so, I dont hear about it.
Conservative activists have this solution in search of a problem approach when it comes to taking legal action to strike down legislation favored by Democrats.
Does that exist for Democrats?

If you're not hearing reports of it, maybe try reading the news. A lot of what they say on TV 24/7 goes right past me because I'm not really listening.

Usually the biggest cases get reported on, and even in conservative news its usually because of conservative causes they are trying to advance.
