Ah-one:

President Trump taps Georgia Rep Doug Collins to lead his recount effort in the state. "There must be a check for felons and other ineligible persons who may have cast a ballot," said Collins in a released statement November 10. https://gainesvilletimes.com/news/politics/trump-taps-gainesvilles-doug-collins-to-lead-recount-effort-in-georgia/

if there is any fraud to be found it will be the one-off sort.
no reason it would be more likely to be Dem.

Collins ain't too bright.

Once your felony sentence is completed, you are eligible to register to vote. If you are not sure if your sentence is complete you should request a Certificate of Sentence Completion from the Department of Community Supervision (DCS). A Certificate of Sentence Completion demonstrates that people with felony convictions are no longer under correctional control and have completed their sentence. To obtain a certificate, contact your original DCS probation office or request from a local probation office.

Parole, probation etc. In Texas, it is called, "On Paper". They are eligible when they are "Off Paper".

(Georgia sounds like Texas)

I'm not sure what happens if someone who is "On Paper" in Texas registers to vote. Although I do know there was a case of voter fraud that was filed and convicted. She claimed that she did not realize that she was ineligible. She got a horrific 5 year sentence.

I don't know how they found out about her etc. Maybe a poll worker knew her?? Did she try to "cure" her provisional ballot??

Elections offices do not have the ability to check for criminal convictions etc. So, in Texas, the actual potential is there, but very, very few felons who are "on paper" probably register because the penalty is pretty awful.

Unfortunately, the Trump campaign can audit votes of areas where they feel convicted felons live. (For instance a housing project)

This will probably not throw the election, but if they find someone who has voted while "on paper", that person could be prosecuted.

He can do it the same way that Brian Kemp was running for governor while he was secretary of state - and in charge of the election he was running in.

That's how they roll in those parts.

Recognize this: the appearance of corruption is not a big, it’s a feature.

Bonus brownie points for making America look like a dysfunctional decaying democracy. Putin likes it and it lowers the standards for future behavior.
