Trump the one in five? Perhaps this is what we're dealing with now:

One in five COVID-19 patients develop mental illness within 90 days: study - Reuters

Many COVID-19 survivors are likely to be at greater risk of developing mental illness, psychiatrists said on Monday, after a large study found 20% of those infected with the coronavirus are diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder within 90 days.

I know that a lot of people think he's been getting worse, but I'm not sure it's true. He's been unhinged since day one.

Plus, I think most of it is an act anyway (and always have) - he sounded halfway reasonable on the tapes with Woodward.

They are counting any anxiety, depression, or insomnia related to the ordeal.

This shouldn't be conflated with actual brain damage from CV-19 which has also been reported.
