Patrick is a laughingstock, even here in TX. The only reason he keeps his job is because half the state is genetically predisposed to vote for any name on the ballot with an R.

Says tattletale/inventors should go to "law enforcement" to report fraud.

And money would be paid out apparently only on conviction (that is, never).

Imagine being a police desk sergeant and some MAGA-hat guy walks in and says, "I want to report a crime. My neighbor. He says his old mother lives with him and she voted by mail. And I think she lives in a nursing home now! Fraud!!!"

And then a call comes in about a body found in an alley. Hmm. Let's see... which to prioritize...
